Improved pace colours: one clear rule, with a tooltip
Pace pills now use three colours instead of four. Green means an account's spend is within 5% of where it should be by this point in the month, ahead or behind. Amber means it's between 5% and 15% out, and red means more than 15%. Hover a pill to see how far ahead or behind the account is and which band that puts it in.
The same bands now colour the spend bar, the pacing summary on your home page, Dot's opening line, and the "On pace" headline in weekly email and Slack reports.
