Richer account colours — and they flow into your reports automatically

  • 12 curated colours instead of 5. The account colour picker has been rebuilt with a carefully-chosen palette: Ruby, Coral, Amber, Jade, Teal, Sky, Cobalt, Indigo, Violet, Rose, Slate, and Onyx. Each colour is tuned for recognition at a glance across the dashboard.
  • Gradient hero previews. When you open an account's settings, the large preview tile now shows a gradient of your chosen colour. On tables, toolbars, and compact views the colour stays crisp as a solid so it's easy to spot the account you want.
  • One colour decision, two places it shows. Picking a colour for an account now automatically sets the accent colour for that account's client-facing reports. Previously you had to match them up by hand in two different places. You can still override the report accent individually from the Branding editor.
  • Your existing colours are preserved. Every account keeps exactly the colour you chose. Old selections map seamlessly into the new palette, and your data is left untouched until you actively pick a new colour.

Smarter, less noisy pacing alerts

  • Pacing variance you can trust. Pacing alert emails, Slack messages, and in-app notifications now use the same hour-precise, schedule-aware pacing math as the Accounts dashboard. "15% ahead of pace" in an alert means exactly what it means on the dashboard at that moment.
  • "As of …" timestamp on every alert. Each pacing alert now carries a clear data-freshness line (e.g., "As of Apr 13, 2:07 PM EDT") so you always know how current the numbers are.
  • Alerts that know when to stay quiet. Pace won't re-send the same pacing alert every hour. You'll get one when the situation crosses a threshold, another only if it escalates meaningfully (magnitude grows, sign flips, or a week passes), and a "back to healthy" reset when the account returns to pace. No more hourly repeats.
  • Severity-aware styling. Alert cards now use color to signal intensity: amber for warning (≥10%), red for serious (≥20%), dark-red for critical overspend (≥35%). Underspending stays amber/red; dark-red is reserved for burning budget.

Customise your report branding from Settings

  • Agency name, address, logo and writers, all in one place. Head to Settings → General and you'll find a new Report branding section covering your agency details and the pool of people who appear as "prepared by" on your reports. It's the same data as the Branding button on the Reports tab, just easier to find when you're setting up your workspace.
  • Owners and admins can edit every field and save per card. Other teammates see the current branding read-only so everyone on the team knows how reports are presented to clients.
  • Updates flow into new reports instantly. Save a new logo or swap your default writer and the next report you create picks it up. Already-published reports keep the look they had when they were saved.
