Campaign editor — live today for Google Search

Edit any Google Ads Search campaign directly inside Pace. Click the gear icon on a campaign row and the editor opens in a single two-pane dialog with every campaign setting accessible from one place.

What's in the editor

  • All sixteen campaign settings from one dialog. Campaign name, schedule (start / end dates), bidding strategy, locations, languages, networks, device bid modifiers, day-parting (ad schedule), ad rotation, conversion goals, audience signals, negative keywords, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, and URL options, switched via a left-rail nav.
  • Header tells you what you're touching. Platform icon, campaign type, status (Active / Paused / Removed), and campaign ID sit across the top, followed by a 30-day stats strip (Daily budget, Spend, CPA, ROAS, and Conversions) with prior-period delta chips on CPA and ROAS so you know whether performance is getting better or worse before you start editing. Money values format in your account's billing currency (USD, AUD, GBP, etc.).
  • Save each section in place. Change bidding, Save. Switch to callouts, Save. Switch to negatives, Save. The editor stays open the whole time. ⌘S / Ctrl+S saves whichever section you're viewing.
  • Drafts are safe across section switches. Type a new campaign name, jump over to Bidding to check something, come back, and your draft is still there with an amber "unsaved" indicator. Nothing saves until you explicitly press Save or Discard. Pressing Esc or clicking outside asks to confirm if any section is dirty.
  • Audience picker. Currently-attached audiences sit on the left with one-click remove; the full searchable library on the right, cached for an hour per account so reopens are instant. Up to 100 results per category with a clear "refine your search" hint at the cap, and a direct "reconnect" prompt if your Google Ads connection has expired.
  • Ad rotation. Choose between "Optimise: Prefer best performing ads" (Google picks winners automatically) or "Do not optimise: Rotate ads indefinitely" (rotate evenly so you can compare).
  • Customer acquisition inside Bidding. Inside the Bidding strategy section, a new "Only bid for new customers" checkbox lets you restrict the campaign to new customers regardless of your bid strategy. Leave it off (the default) and the campaign bids equally for new and existing customers, exactly as Google does by default.
  • IP exclusions. Block specific IP addresses from seeing the campaign's ads. Paste one IP per line — supports plain IPv4 (123.4.5.67), wildcards (123.4.5.*), CIDR blocks (123.4.0.0/16), and full IPv6 addresses (and CIDR). Up to 500 exclusions per campaign, as Google Ads allows.
  • Archive from the same menu. One click with a typed-name confirmation. Experiment and trial campaigns get a clear message pointing you to end or promote the experiment in Google Ads first.
  • Readable audit trail. Every edit lands in the Changes tab as a plain-English sentence — Added audience "Outdoor Enthusiasts" (User Interest), Removed schedule MONDAY 9:00–17:00, Bidding strategy changed from Manual CPC to Target CPA, Network settings updated — Google Search: On, Search Network: Off. Each edit also counts in its own granular bucket on the client-facing Account Changes report: Audiences added, Locations removed, Sitelinks added, Bidding strategy changes, Schedule changes, and so on.
  • Inline edits on tables. Campaign name, daily budget, ad-group max CPC, and status toggles stay directly on the tables for quick one-off changes. The editor is for everything else.

Available today: every Google Ads Search campaign in every workspace. No opt-in flag, no setup.

Coming soon: Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Video, Demand Gen, and App on Google Ads, plus Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, so every platform Pace connects to eventually lives inside the same editor.

Archived campaigns no longer disappear from your totals

  • Accurate spend, even mid-month. If you archive a Google Ads campaign partway through the month, its spend stays counted in your account totals and on the campaign table (previously it was dropped from the table view, which made the numbers look off against the Google Ads UI).
  • New "Removed" filter. By default, archived campaigns stay hidden from the table. Flip on the Removed filter in the status dropdown to see them, each with a red "Removed" tag. Nothing on a removed campaign is editable; you're only looking at the historical spend.

Campaign names stay pinned when you scroll across metrics

  • Never lose track of which row is which. The Campaign column on the account page's campaign table now stays locked in place as you scroll sideways through your metric columns. Scroll as far right as you like and the campaign name on each row stays visible so you always know which campaign you're looking at.
  • Works everywhere. Frozen in both standard view and comparison mode (with Current / Previous / Trend triplets), and on the Totals row at the bottom of the table.
  • Subtle visual cue. A thin divider line sits between the frozen Campaign column and the scrolling metrics so it's obvious where the pinned column ends and the scrollable area begins.
