Connect Meta via your Business Portfolio — built for agencies
A second way to connect Meta, designed for agency workflows. On the Linked Accounts → Meta tab you'll now see two options: "Connect with personal Facebook account" (the existing flow) and "Connect via Business Portfolio" — recommended for agencies. Pick whichever matches how you work, or use both.
Pick exactly which ad accounts Pace can manage. The Business Portfolio flow opens Meta's asset-grant screen so you tick the specific ad accounts you want Pace to see — no broader access than what you grant. Pace then appears in your Meta Business Integrations panel, alongside your other connected apps, where your client can see and revoke access at any time.
Mix and match. A workspace can have both connections active. Personal Facebook for accounts you own, Business Portfolio for client accounts shared into your agency portfolio. Every part of Pace — pacing, sparks, reports, alerts, edits, the AI agent — automatically uses the right connection per account based on how it was linked.
Manage everything from one place. A 3-dot menu on the Meta connection card opens a Manage Meta Connections modal. Both connection types show side-by-side with their status, who connected them, and per-row Reconnect / Disconnect buttons. Connect a second flow without losing the first.
Honest expiry handling. If your Business Portfolio token has a fixed lifetime, Pace shows a "Reconnect within X days" countdown and a coloured warning as it nears expiry. If your token is the permanent variant, Pace stops showing a misleading countdown — there's nothing to reconnect until you manually revoke access in Meta.
Clearer reconnect prompts. When a Meta connection expires or is revoked, the toast and email alert now say exactly which one — "Personal Facebook account expired" vs "Business Portfolio expired" — so you reconnect the right one without guesswork.
Available today on every workspace, no waitlist. If you only manage your own ads, the existing Personal Facebook connection still works exactly as before — nothing changes for you.

Linked Accounts loads instantly when you come back to it
Your linked-accounts list is remembered between visits. Open the page, switch tabs, work somewhere else, then come back — accounts and connection details show up immediately, no waiting on a fresh load. The platform tab bar (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft) now stays visible at all times so you always know which platform you're looking at, even on a fresh load.
A genuine refresh still happens quietly in the background when the data is older than five minutes, so what you see is never stale — but the page no longer flashes a loading state to do it.

Portfolio Overview now shows each client at a glance
The portfolio overview opens with a per-account breakdown. Same table you already use on the main Accounts page — Account, Platform, Spend, Yesterday, Daily, Remaining, Pace, Goal — scoped to the accounts inside that portfolio. Spot the one client dragging the rollup before you go looking. Click an account name to jump straight into it.
The portfolio toolbar now matches the account toolbar. A Yesterday-spend chip and a Daily-target chip sit alongside the MTD spend bar, and the blended pace pill now appears at the end of the spend bullet (the same place individual accounts show their pace). The Pace button moved next to the Settings cog so the left side stays focused on the data.
The portfolio campaign table picked up sixteen more metrics. Conv. Value, ROAS, Cost / Conv., Conv. Rate, Avg. Cost, and Interactions are now available on every platform. Reach and Frequency surface for Meta and LinkedIn campaigns. Search Impression Share, Search Top IS, and Quality Score appear on Google and Microsoft rows. Purchases, Leads, Add to Carts, View-Through Conv., Landing Page Views, and Video Views show up where each platform supports them. All hidden by default — toggle whichever you need from the column manager. Cells that don't apply to a campaign's platform render a clean dash, never a misleading zero.
Account and campaign names on the Portfolio performance table are now clickable buttons. Same affordance as the main accounts table — click the account name to open the account, click the campaign name to drill into its ad groups.
A Reports tile on the portfolio overview surfaces your three most recent portfolio reports with one click into the full Reports tab.
