The chat bubble in the corner now does two things. Ask Dot anything, and if you'd rather speak to a person, you're one click away.
Just tell Dot what you need help with and it'll pass you over — your message lands in our inbox with the context already attached. Replies arrive back in the same chat panel. Close the tab, come back two days later, keep the conversation going. It's all still there.
The chat header shows you whose turn it is at a glance: Awaiting Pace, Pace replied, or Resolved. The bubble lights up when there's a new reply waiting.
