Improved: a help centre that covers what we've actually shipped
The help centre had fallen behind. We've been building faster than we've been writing, so plenty of things you can do in Pace had no article explaining them. Fourteen new ones close most of that gap. There are 62 in total now.
The new ones cover Dot, Search Lens, Creative Lens, the audience and placement analysers, portfolios, change history, editing Meta campaigns, custom flighting, per-campaign budget limits, pacing Meta ad sets and TikTok ad groups, your alerts inside Pace, getting help without leaving the app, signing in by email, and dark mode.
They have screenshots, so you can see the button we're describing instead of going looking for it. Writing the article is now part of shipping the feature for us, which should stop this happening again.
We then went back through the getting-started and reporting articles. Anything that had drifted is corrected, and the screenshots are current. Five more topics are covered now too: keyboard shortcuts and shareable links, what's new in Pace, performance records, the notebook and meeting agenda, and embedding a report somewhere else.
Troubleshooting has four more as well, covering data that looks out of date, why Pace left an account alone on a given day, which features come with which plan, and the pacing questions we get asked most.
