Help and support on every plan
The bubble in the bottom corner of Pace now shows on every plan. On Basic and Pro it opens a help panel where you can message the Pace team, read their replies, open the help centre and see the latest release. On One and above it still opens Dot.
To reach support from anywhere, pick Support from the menu under your name, or open the bubble and select Message support. When the team replies, a red dot appears on the bubble.
The help panel also shows two things Pace One adds. Dot answers questions about your spend and pacing using your live account data. AI app connections let you chat with your Pace data from Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants.
