Alerts when an ad account stops sending data
When an ad account stops sending data to Pace, your workspace owners and admins hear about it, along with anyone who already gets that account's alerts. It doesn't matter whether a client removed Pace's access or a platform login stopped working. It covers all eight platforms, and the alert says why in plain words. A red strip across the top of Pace, and on the account itself, shows which accounts aren't sending data until they're fixed.
It arrives in the bell and by email, and in Slack on Pro and above if Slack is connected. The button in the message opens Linked Accounts with that platform already selected.
If a client removes access to a batch of accounts at once, each person gets one message listing their accounts, not one per account. A client contact only hears about their own accounts. Pace checks twice, a couple of hours apart, before it alerts, so a brief hiccup on the platform's side won't set it off. When data starts flowing again, you'll hear about that too.
Owners and admins can mute this alert on a single account from its Alerts tab. Switching off an account's own alerts doesn't silence it.
