Portfolio Settings now matches Account Settings, so the same things sit in the same places. The Budget tab shows each account's current flight budget and dates for accounts on a custom flight, and the total includes them. Create Portfolio uses the same compact layout, and the Portfolios table lines up portfolio and account columns.
Check whether Pace is running normally at status.paceads.com. It's linked from the menu inside Pace and from the top of the Help Centre, Changelog and Roadmap pages.
One pace figure across your Portfolios table and each portfolio's own page. Both weigh every account by the budget it carries, so a $50k account moves the number more than a $500 one does. Accounts Pace can't fairly judge (on Daily Floor pacing, on a custom flight, or missing an exchange rate) are left out and named when you hover the pace pill. The portfolio page also shows a new header line: what's spent, out of what, and where it's on track to land by month end.
Start typing a client's name in Create Portfolio and the matching accounts get ticked for you, with last month's spend shown beside each one so you can check before you create it. The primary goal fills in too, based on what the accounts you've picked already track.
Portfolio settings now match account settings: General, Accounts and Budget tabs, with each account's budget just a cog away. Delete now lives at the bottom of General, in its own danger zone.
Pace now watches a portfolio's pace as a whole, not just the accounts inside it. If a client is running behind, or on track to spend more than its account budgets add up to, you'll hear about it in the bell, by email and in Slack. If one account is already causing the problem and its own alert already covers it, Pace holds back rather than sending two notices for the same thing. It's on Pro and above.
Turn the channels on from Settings → Alerts. Portfolio Settings → General → Notifications is where you mute a specific portfolio, or give it its own Slack channel and recipients. Beside a portfolio's pace pill, an eye icon means Pace doesn't have enough to judge yet. Hover it to see why. A bell means an alert went out, or was held back.
