Dot gets its own page and a prompt library

Dot now has a full page. Click the expand button in the Dot panel and the same conversation opens full screen, with your past chats down the left. Shrink it back to the panel whenever you like. Nothing is lost, including a message you were halfway through typing.

Next to the message box there's a new Prompts button. It opens a library of ready-made prompts from Pace, prompts your team has shared, and your own. Many have blanks: pick the account, campaign, date range or amount, and Dot runs it. Type / in an empty message box to search them quickly.

Asked Dot something you'll ask again? Hover your message and save it as a prompt, just for you or for everyone in your workspace. Owners and admins can tidy up the team's prompts.

Available on Pace One and Enterprise.

🚀 New

Dot can now switch off Meta placements that don't convert

When a Meta ad set keeps spending in a placement that isn't converting, such as one Reels or Stories slot, Dot can attach a fix that turns it off. It picks up to three individual placements, never a whole platform, and only when the ad set has enough conversions to judge them fairly.

You review the evidence and the exact change, then press Apply. Pace re-checks the live ad set first, and the change is recorded in Changes with an Undo button that switches back on only the placements Pace turned off. Meta restarts learning for the ad set after a placement change, and the review panel says so before you apply. Available on accounts with a specific conversion event set as their goal, on Pro and above.

Dot can now trim Meta age bands and genders that don't convert

Dot can now attach a fix that excludes an age band or a gender from a Meta ad set when that segment spends a meaningful share of the budget without converting. Meta only allows ages to be trimmed from the youngest or oldest end, so a band in the middle is never proposed. Unknown and 13 to 17 are never excluded, and it isn't offered on Advantage+ audience or special ad category campaigns.

You review the evidence, then press Apply. Pace re-checks the live ad set first. Undo puts the age range or genders back, unless someone has changed them since. Meta restarts learning for the ad set after a targeting change, and the review panel says so. Available on accounts with a specific conversion event set as their goal, on Pro and above.

Dot can now lower Google bids at the times that don't convert

On a manual-bidding Google Search campaign, Dot can now spot hours of the week that cost clearly more per conversion and attach a fix that lowers your bids at those times. It picks up to three windows of at least three hours, and cuts bids by 20% to 50% depending on how much worse the time is. Your ads keep running at every hour.

You review the evidence and the exact schedule, then press Apply. Pace re-checks the live campaign first, and Undo puts your earlier ad schedule back exactly, including no schedule at all. Not offered on campaigns that use automated bidding, because Google ignores these changes there. Available on Pro and above.
