We built Pace because we were the ones pacing budgets by hand.
Pace is ad management software for agencies and in-house teams, made in Sydney. It paces budgets, stops overspend and logs every change across eight ad platforms, so the people running the accounts get their mornings back.
“I built Pace to pull you out of the weeds, so you can spend your time on the work clients actually pay for.”
Jordan Parrello, founder. Agency owner and performance marketer who has managed millions in global ad spend. LinkedIn
It started with a spreadsheet.
For years, the standard for managing millions in ad spend at our agency wasn’t software. It was a pacing sheet, a morning check-in, and the constant worry that something had overspent since the last time anyone looked.
We didn’t want another report, or an enterprise tool priced for someone else’s budget. We wanted the sheet to check itself.
So we built Pace. It checks spend every 5 minutes, moves budgets toward each month’s target, and writes down why.
Small on purpose.
Pace is priced well below the rest of the category. That comes from how the company is built, not from leaving things out.
- No sales team
- No SDRs, commissions or procurement cycle. You sign up, connect your accounts and start a trial on your own.
- Serverless from day one
- Adding a customer costs cents, not a new server. That’s why seats are unlimited on every plan.
- No investor clock
- We aren’t repaying money that has to return tenfold, so nobody’s return schedule is priced into your subscription.
How we work.
Velocity is oxygen
Ad spend doesn’t wait for anyone, so we don’t either. Pace reacts to your accounts in minutes, and we ship improvements most weeks.
Truth seeking
The numbers in Pace should match the platform they came from. If something’s off, we’d rather tell you than dress it up.
Trust runs both ways
You’re handing us real budgets, and we treat them that way. Pace works inside the rules you set, writes down every change it makes, and nobody from Pace gets into your workspace unless you let them in.
Where it’s going.
Automate the math, so people can focus on the message. We want the gap between planning a campaign and running it to be as close to zero as we can get it.
