Nuanced
Let Pace know what matters
Each ad account has its own account centre with budget, goals, and KPIs. Add additional context like internal notes or this month's strategic direction. Exclude specific campaigns from optimisation.
How it works
Get started in minutes
Connect your ad accounts
Link Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more with secure OAuth. Your credentials never touch our servers.
Set your goals and context
Define monthly budgets, KPIs, and provide any additional context. Pace's AI uses this to make smarter decisions.
Let Pace optimise
Pace monitors your campaigns 24/7, automatically adjusting budgets and surfacing insights so you can focus on strategy.
Built with your workflow in mind
🔒
Your credentials never touch our servers
Pace uses Google OAuth with constant token rotation — your ad platform access is authenticated in real time, never stored. Zero trust security by default, so you can connect accounts without a second thought.
🧠
AI that explains its reasoning
Not a black box. Pace's AI shows you exactly why it made each budget change — the hypothesis, the data, and the expected outcome. Every optimisation is transparent and auditable.
🎯
Context that drives smarter decisions
Feed Pace your budgets, KPIs, account notes, even this month's strategic direction. The more context you give, the sharper the AI gets at optimising towards what actually matters.
⚡
Reclaim hours every week
Stop pulling data and crunching numbers. Pace handles the daily grunt work — budget adjustments, pacing checks, anomaly detection — so your team stays focused on strategy and creative that moves the needle.
🔄
One view across every platform
Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft — all in one dashboard. See cross-channel spend, pacing, and performance without switching tabs or stitching together spreadsheets.
🛡️
Overspend protection, always on
Hard spending limits enforced every 5 minutes. Set a variance threshold per account and Pace automatically pauses campaigns before you overspend — then smartly resumes only what it paused when spend drops back in line.
💬
Ask your ad data anything
Pace Intelligence is a conversational AI agent with 13 specialised tools that can investigate account performance, compare periods, drill into campaigns, and review every optimisation decision — all from a floating chat panel.
✨
Anomaly detection that skips the noise
AI Sparks only fire when something genuinely matters. CPA spikes, creative fatigue, zero-conversion spend, funnel drop-offs — Sparks surface the signal and skip the noise.
📋
Change reports you can actually share
Every budget adjustment generates a detailed report — what changed, why, and what Pace expects to happen next.
⚙️
Edit campaigns inside Pace
A full Google Ads campaign editor lives inside the dashboard — bidding, targeting, day-parting, device modifiers, sitelinks, audience signals, IP exclusions. Inline match-type flips and bulk keyword ops too. No more bouncing between Pace and Ads Manager.
📦
Group campaigns, group budgets
Organise campaigns into named groups inside any account — Brand, Prospecting, Retargeting — each with its own budget, goal, and AI strategy memory. Pace paces every group independently and auto-allocates the residual to ungrouped campaigns. Across all five platforms.
📑
Reports your clients want to read
Pixel-perfect 16:10 client reports with executive and portfolio templates, AI-written commentary, your agency branding on every page, and one-click PDF export. Combine Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft data into a single cross-platform report.
🔁
Pace learns from every change
Every budget change is measured 7 days later — actual spend, conversions, ROAS — and scored against the prediction Pace made when it pulled the trigger. The next pacing run sees that track record. Pace gets sharper at your accounts the longer it runs them.
💰
Replace your entire tool stack
Most teams cobble together Looker Studio for reporting, Supermetrics for data, Optmyzr or Opteo for optimisation, Shape for pacing, and a calendar of manual checks to hold it all together. Pace replaces every piece of that stack with one platform — daily AI optimisation, cross-channel reporting, automated pacing, and a full audit trail of every change. One plan. One bill. One source of truth.

Your client data is yours, and only yours
Pace runs on Google Cloud (Firebase, multi-region North America). Every byte is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.2+. Access to your accounts is gated by Google OAuth and role-based controls, and every change Pace makes is written to a full audit log you can read at any time.
We do not train models on your client ad data. Cancel your account and your data is deleted. That is the deal.

Pace is an automated budget pacing platform that connects to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads — and manages your campaign budgets every single day. It tracks pacing in real time, adjusts daily spend so you never overshoot or undershoot, and surfaces the insights that actually matter. One dashboard. Every platform. Budgets that land exactly on target, every month.
Teams managing paid media across multiple platforms and accounts. If you're running five accounts or five hundred, and you're still using spreadsheets to track pacing — Pace was built to give you that time back. Solo media buyers, agency teams, in-house marketers, founders. It scales with you.
Never in the dark. Every change Pace makes comes with a full audit trail — the reasoning, the hypothesis, the data it used, and the expected outcome. You set the goals, KPIs, and guardrails. Pace executes within them and explains every decision so you stay in control.
Pace runs on Google Cloud (Firebase, multi-region North America). All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.2 or higher. Sign-in is Google OAuth only, with role-based access controls and a full audit log of every change Pace makes. We do not train AI models on your client ad data. If you cancel, your data is deleted. The full details — encryption, sub-processors, compliance posture, DPA on request — are at paceads.com/trust.
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads today — with Snapchat, Amazon, X, Reddit, and The Trade Desk on the roadmap. Pace pulls data from each platform's API into one unified workspace, so you stop tab-switching and start seeing the full picture.
Minutes. Connect your ad accounts via OAuth, set your monthly budgets and KPIs, and Pace starts optimising immediately. No implementation calls. No CSV imports. No waiting on a sales team. You could be pacing your first campaign before your coffee gets cold.
This is the problem most tools dodge. Each ad platform only sees its own spend — so you end up in five tabs and a spreadsheet trying to get the full picture. Pace pulls real-time data from every connected platform's API into one unified view. It paces budgets holistically, not in silos. So when Meta is overspending and Google is under, Pace sees the whole board and adjusts accordingly.
That's the goal. Most teams are paying for a pacing tool, a reporting tool, an optimisation tool, and a data connector — separately. Pace rolls budget pacing, AI optimisation, cross-platform reporting, and change audits into one platform. If you're currently stitching together Optmyzr, Supermetrics, Shape, or Looker Studio — Pace replaces the lot.
Two kinds. First, time. Teams using manual pacing spend 5–10 hours per week pulling data, updating spreadsheets, and adjusting budgets. Pace does that in the background, every day. That's your team back on strategy and creative. Second, accuracy. Campaigns that pace evenly don't waste spend front-loading budgets or scrambling at month-end. Better pacing means better performance, period.
Native tools optimise within their own platform. That's it. Google doesn't know what Meta is spending, and Meta doesn't know what LinkedIn is doing. Pace sees across every channel simultaneously and makes budget decisions with the full picture. Plus, native “budget optimisation” features like Meta's CBO or Google's maximise-conversions bidding are designed to spend your budget — not to pace it against your actual monthly target.
Every single time. Pace generates a detailed change report for every adjustment it makes — what it changed, the data it used, the hypothesis behind the decision, and the expected outcome. No black boxes. You get a full audit trail you can review yourself or share with stakeholders. Think of it as having a media analyst who writes up their rationale for every move.
You're in control. Pace lets you exclude specific campaigns from optimisation at the account level. Running a brand campaign with a fixed budget that shouldn't be touched? Lock it. Have a test campaign you want to manage manually? Exclude it. You set the guardrails. Pace respects them.
Pace Intelligence (also called Dot) is a conversational AI agent built into Pace, powered by Gemini 2.5 Pro with 13 specialised tools. It can investigate ad account data in real time — pull account overviews, compare week-over-week performance, drill into campaign-level metrics, review every budget change Pace has made, surface the AI’s running strategy for each account, and even answer questions about the latest Pace releases. Toggle it from any page with Cmd+I. Think of it as having a senior media analyst available on demand.
Yes. Pace runs an independent overspend protection system that checks spend every 5 minutes. You set a variance threshold per account — say 5%. If spend reaches your budget plus that threshold, all campaigns are automatically paused. Optional Slack and email alerts fire the moment Pace pauses or re-enables campaigns to enforce the cap. When spend drops below the limit, only the campaigns Pace paused are resumed — campaigns you paused manually stay paused. The tracker resets automatically on the 1st of each month in your account’s timezone, so anything Pace paused to enforce the cap is auto-resumed without manual intervention.
Yes — Google Ads Search campaigns can be edited end-to-end without leaving Pace. A two-pane Edit dialog covers 17 sections including bidding strategy, location and language targeting, network settings, device bid modifiers, ad scheduling, ad rotation, conversion goals, audience signals, campaign-level negative keywords, IP exclusions, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, and URL options. The Keywords editor supports inline match-type flips, bulk add with phrase/exact syntax, and per-row pause/enable. Bulk keyword removal goes through Google’s 5,000-op batch endpoint. Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft campaign editing is on the roadmap.
Every budget change Pace makes carries a falsifiable forecast (e.g. “ROAS up 15–25% over 7 days”). A daily background job pulls the actual numbers 7 days later and scores each prediction as confirmed, contradicted, or inconclusive. The next pacing run sees that verdict trail in its prompt and calibrates against its own track record. Pace also maintains a per-account “persona” (an evolving summary of the account’s traits) and a “last hypothesis” so context compounds across weeks rather than restarting every run. The longer Pace runs your accounts, the sharper it gets.
Yes. Every account has a Reports tab with a pixel-perfect 16:10 landscape report builder — thirteen page types (Cover, KPI Summary, Metric Deep-Dive, Budget Pacing, Top Performing Ads, Top Keywords, Demographics, Top Segments, Campaign Table, Comparison Chart, AI Insights Recap, Account Changes, Notes), eight date presets, and one-click PDF export at exact 1460×912. Templates are tuned per platform (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft) plus an Executive template for boardroom-ready dense layouts. Portfolios let you build a single report combining all five platforms. Branding (agency logo, client logo, writer attribution) is configured once at the workspace level. AI commentary is generated from the actual numbers, in Pace’s voice, and editable via Tiptap.
Yes — one-click Slack OAuth, a searchable channel selector, and per-account channel routing. Email alerts are sent via Resend. Nine alert types are individually toggleable for both Slack and email: pacing completed, unexpected changes detected, zero-impressions warning, pacing threshold alert, overspend monitor, creative fatigue, ad policy issues (Google), AI insight generated, and record broken. Pacing-threshold alerts use severity tiers (warning at ≥10% variance, serious at ≥20%, critical at ≥35%) with smart deduplication so you don’t get spammed. Weekly performance reports go out automatically with goal-aware formatting.
