Nothing's broken. Microsoft Ads takes longer to load than your other platforms because of the way Microsoft hands over performance data, and the wait only applies to the first load of a view.
Give it a moment. Once the numbers land, Pace holds them for the rest of your session, so returning to that view is instant.
Why the first load is slower
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads answer a performance question on the spot. Pace asks, they reply.
Microsoft works to a different model. Pace puts in an order for a report, Microsoft builds it in the background, and Pace waits for it to be ready before downloading and reading it. Microsoft controls how long that build takes. Tens of seconds is normal, and it sometimes runs longer.
The Ads tab is the slowest view, because its report has to cover every ad on the account. Campaign-level views are smaller, so they come back sooner.
What you'll see while you wait
After about three seconds, a line appears in the table: Fetching this fresh from the platform โ it can take a moment. Sit tight. That's Microsoft building your report, not a stalled page.

Note: Pace's scheduled refreshes run on our servers, on the cadence set by your plan. Read why your data can look out of date for the cadence you're on.
If the data never arrives
A Microsoft view that stays empty is a connection problem, not a speed one. Work through why an ad account isn't syncing, and if the account has been reauthorised recently, check the steps in connect Microsoft Ads.
