Every new Pace workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to every feature, you add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until day 14. Cancel anytime before then and you won't pay a thing.

What you get during the trial
During your trial you have Pace's full feature set, the same as the top plan. Nothing is locked or held back.
That means everything is on from day one:
- All five ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Automated budget pacing and overspend protection.
- AI Sparks, reports, and every improvement tool.

Why Pace asks for a card up front
The card is what your subscription runs on once the trial ends. Adding it at signup means Pace keeps running the moment your trial finishes, with no gap in pacing.
Nothing is charged while you're in the trial. You add the card now, and it sits ready until day 14.
Pace never sees your card number. Stripe collects and stores your payment details on its own systems, and Pace only ever receives a subscription status. For the full picture, read how Pace handles your data.
When you're charged
On the last day of your trial, day 14, your card is charged for the plan you chose. After that, your subscription renews on its normal cycle, monthly or annual.
You can check your exact charge date and amount anytime. Open Settings, then the Billing tab, and look at the trial card at the top.
Choosing and changing your plan
You pick a plan when you start your trial — see current plans and pricing if you want to compare before you choose. That plan is what your card is charged for on day 14, and what your workspace settles onto afterwards.
You can switch plans anytime from Settings, under Billing. If you change your plan during the trial, the new plan's price is what you're charged on day 14. You're still not charged until then.
How to cancel before you're charged
Cancelling is self-serve. You don't need to contact support.
- Open Settings, then the Billing tab.
- Select Cancel Trial.
- Choose a reason (it helps us improve), then confirm.
Your card won't be charged, and you keep full access right up to the last day of your trial.
Note: Only the workspace owner can manage billing. If you don't see the Billing tab, ask your workspace owner to cancel for you.
What happens to your data if you cancel
Cancelling stops the charge. It doesn't touch your ad accounts or campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Microsoft Ads. Pace simply stops making automated pacing changes once your trial ends.
Your workspace, connected accounts, and performance history stay in place. If you come back later and start a subscription, everything is where you left it.
