Pace has four plans: Basic, Pro, One, and Enterprise, and they differ most on how much ad spend you manage. Your plan sets your managed-spend limit, how often Pace's AI optimizer runs, how fresh your dashboard stays, and which features you can reach.
| Plan | Price | Managed spend |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49/mo | Up to $25K |
| Pro | $99/mo | Up to $100K |
| One | $199/mo | Up to $500K |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited |
Pro is the recommended plan for most teams. Every plan includes unlimited team members and every ad platform Pace supports, with no per-seat or per-platform charges. For the current numbers, see pricing.
What managed spend means
Managed spend is your configured budgets, not your actual spend. It's the total monthly budget across the accounts Pace actively paces. An account with a monthly budget counts that budget; an account paced to a daily minimum counts that daily amount times the days in the month. So if you configure $80K of budgets on Google Ads and $20K on Meta Ads, your managed spend is $100K.
Size your plan against this number. If you spend $24K a month but you've configured $30K of budgets, you're over the Basic limit. Go by your budgets, not your invoices.
What each plan unlocks
Feature access is cumulative: each plan includes everything below it.
Basic covers the core: automated budget pacing, overspend protection, dashboard inline editing, a full change audit trail, monthly budget scheduling, email notifications, and role-based team access.
Pro adds the tools most teams upgrade for. For pacing and budgets: On-Demand Pacing to run an update the moment you need it, Daily Floor Pacing to hold a guaranteed daily minimum, Campaign KPI Targets to give one campaign its own cost or return goal, and Campaign Groups. For reporting and insight: AI Sparks, read-only cards that flag anomalies and opportunities, plus Client Reports, Weekly Reports, Account Health Audit, and Budget Scenario Forecast — rolling out now — to model a change before you commit. Pro also unlocks Pace's smarter alerts: metric anomaly and trend detection, conversion-tracking and account-status alerts, and ad-policy checks across every platform, all rolling out now. Slack integration is included too.
One adds Pace Intelligence (the AI chat agent), Custom AI Guardrails, AI assistant connections that link tools like Claude to Pace, and Shareable Deep Links.
Enterprise adds single sign-on (SSO) and advanced security, a custom service-level agreement (SLA), dedicated infrastructure, and multi-team support, with custom pricing to match.
Optimization runs and dashboard refresh
Optimization runs are how many times a day Pace's AI budget optimizer reviews your accounts and adjusts budgets. Dashboard auto-refresh is how often the dashboard overview pulls fresh aggregate metrics on its own.
| Plan | Optimization runs/day | Dashboard auto-refresh |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 1 | Every 24h |
| Pro | 2 | Every 12h |
| One | 3 | Every 6h |
| Enterprise | Custom | On-demand |
On Enterprise, your run schedule is tailored to you: three configurable daily runs as standard, and custom arrangements when you need more. Dashboard refresh is on-demand — every manual refresh pulls live data, and you choose the background auto-refresh interval: every 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours.
Only that dashboard overview is on a tier schedule. When you drill into an account and pick a date range, Pace fetches that data live from the ad platform every time, on every plan. A Basic user comparing Last 7 days and Last 30 days sees live numbers. Overspend protection runs five-minute checks on every plan too, whatever your optimizer cadence.
Changing your plan
Upgrade or downgrade anytime, and the change takes effect immediately. Open Settings, then the Billing tab, where your active plan shows a Current Plan marker and a meter tracking your total managed spend against your limit. Select any plan to switch.
Every new workspace also starts on a 14-day free trial with the full feature set, so nothing is locked while you evaluate. Your chosen plan only sets what you're charged on day 14. Read how your 14-day free trial works for the details.
Note: Only the workspace owner can manage billing. If you don't see the Billing tab, ask your workspace owner to change the plan.
