No, it’s not too good to be true.
The usual first reaction to these prices is suspicion — that something must be missing, or that the number jumps once you’re in. It doesn’t. All six ad platforms, unlimited seats and self-serve onboarding are on every plan, and each tier carries everything from the tiers below it. What scales with the price is managed spend, refresh speed and the advanced tooling — not the number of platforms or people you can point at it. Here’s what the rest of the category charges for the same job, and why ours reads the way it does.
What it costs to manage $250K a month in ad spend
And at the top of the same category, Skai’s entry tier starts at $114,000 a year — too far off the scale above to draw.
Vendor pricing as at July 2026, at $250K managed monthly spend, using each vendor’s monthly rate where one is published. Optmyzr, Opteo and AdPulse list publicly; Marin and Skai quote custom enterprise contracts, so Marin is shown at its published entry price — its floor rather than its rate at this spend level — and Skai at its lowest listed tier. Feature sets differ across these products; this compares price at a given managed spend, nothing more.
No sales org
Nobody’s commission is in your bill
No SDRs, no quota to close at the end of the quarter, no procurement cycle standing between you and a trial. In legacy ad tech, sales and marketing is routinely the largest line on the P&L — frequently bigger than engineering. We don’t carry that cost, so you aren’t funding it.
Infrastructure
Adding you costs us cents
Pace runs serverless — capacity follows what you actually use instead of sitting idle between campaigns. It’s the same discipline that makes the app 180MB in a browser tab instead of 1.3GB. Our cost per customer barely moves as we grow, so the price doesn’t have to either.
Ownership
No investor markup
We’re not repaying money that has to come back tenfold. Nobody’s return schedule is priced into your subscription. What you pay is our cost plus a fair margin — that’s the entire formula.
Team
A small team, on purpose
One product, built properly, by people who use it every day. Not fifteen tools acquired over a decade, stitched together and billed for separately. Less to maintain means less to charge for.
Ad software has been priced like a luxury good for twenty years, largely because the people buying it had no alternative. That’s the part we think is ending. Our mission is to democratise advertising excellence — this is what that actually costs.

The alternative
The overhead-free alternative to your next hire
A mid-level media analyst runs about $85K in salary — north of $110K in year one once benefits, recruiting, and a three-month ramp land. Every Pace plan costs a fraction of that, starts working in 15 minutes, and covers weekends and month-end without overtime. Built to add capacity to your team, not replace it.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Pace pricing and plans.
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the Enterprise plan. A credit card is required to start, and you're billed when the 14 days end unless you cancel before then.
Before your 14 days end, choose the plan that fits your agency or cancel any time. If you continue, billing begins on the card you started with — with no disruption to your campaigns.
Managed ad spend is the total monthly budget across all connected accounts that Pace actively paces. If you connect $80K in Google Ads and $20K in Meta, that's $100K managed spend.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately — no waiting until the next billing cycle.
No. All plans include unlimited team members. Your strategists, account managers, and clients can all access Pace. Spend caps define your tier, not headcount.
No contracts. Pace is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties. Annual plans are available — pay for 10 months, get 12.
All four tiers include the core platform — cross-platform pacing, overspend protection, account-wide spend scope, the Google Ads campaign editor, and the outcome measurement loop. Basic adds one optimisation run per day and 24-hour data refresh, capped at $25K managed monthly spend. Pro layers on Campaign Groups, AI Sparks, Search Lens, the audience and creative analyzers, Client Reports with executive templates, ad-policy alerts, Slack integration, and the collaborative notebook — with two daily optimisation runs and 12-hour refresh, capped at $100K. One adds Dot (the AI chat agent), advanced spend forecasting, custom AI guardrails, API access, and a dedicated account manager — three daily runs, 6-hour refresh, capped at $500K. Enterprise is for $500K+ accounts: custom pacing schedule, on-demand refresh, unlimited spend, SSO, dedicated infrastructure, and a custom SLA.
No. Self-serve onboarding is included on every plan — connect your ad accounts via OAuth, follow the getting-started checklist, and Pace starts pacing immediately. Enterprise customers get a custom onboarding session with a dedicated account manager included in the plan; there’s no separate setup fee at any tier.
Pace doesn’t turn anything off if you nudge over the cap — campaigns keep running and pacing continues uninterrupted. We’ll reach out about moving you to the next tier so the plan matches the spend you’re actually managing. If you grow past the One plan’s $500K cap, Enterprise picks up with unlimited spend and a custom SLA.
Three reasons, all structural. We have no sales team — no SDRs, no commissions, no procurement cycle — and in legacy ad tech that is routinely the largest cost in the business. We run serverless, so adding a customer costs cents rather than a provisioned server. And we aren’t repaying investor money that has to return tenfold, so nobody’s return schedule is priced into your subscription. You aren’t paying less for a cut-down product: all six ad platforms, unlimited seats and self-serve onboarding come on every plan, and each tier carries everything from the tiers below it. What scales with the price is managed spend, refresh speed and the advanced tooling.
