Two habits save you the most clicks in Pace: a handful of keyboard shortcuts, and copying the address bar instead of describing a screen to a teammate.
The keyboard shortcuts
Every shortcut below works on any page.

Dot is included on the One plan and above. Press Cmd+I on a lower plan and Pace tells you so rather than opening an empty panel.
Inside Dot, type @ to pull up your account list, move through it with the arrow keys, and press Tab or Enter to drop the account into your question.
The campaign settings dialog for Google Ads and Meta Ads shows a ⌘S hint beside its save button, so you can edit a setting and commit it without reaching for the mouse.
When you present a client report full-screen, the arrow keys and the space bar move between pages and Escape closes the presentation.
Share the exact view you're looking at
Pace writes your current tab into the URL as you click, so the address bar always matches what's on screen. Copy that URL and whoever opens it lands on the same tab.
This works on:
- Account pages — Overview, Performance, Reports, Changes, Sparks, Alerts, Notes, Improvements, Records and Forecast each get their own link, and the Improvements tab carries the analyzer you had open too.
- Portfolio pages — Overview, Performance, Reports, Sparks, Changes, Records and Notes.
- Settings — every tab, so you can point someone straight at billing or members.
- Campaign drilldowns — open a campaign's ad groups or an ad group's ads and the link holds that drilldown, so the recipient doesn't have to find the row again.
- Individual changes — a link to one change record opens that change's full detail immediately, even when it falls outside the date range the reader has selected.
Note: The link carries the page, the tab and any drilldown. It doesn't carry the date range, the platform filter or the column layout — those stay per person, so mention the dates in your message if they matter.
Anyone you send a link to needs to be signed in to Pace and a member of the same workspace. Sign-in happens first, then Pace drops them on the view you shared.
