See every campaign's spend and status

See every campaign in an account with its spend, status, budget, and metrics, then sort, filter, edit in place, drill into its ads, and export to CSV.

The campaign table lists every campaign in an account alongside its spend, status, budget, and metrics. You can sort it, search it, edit budgets and status in place, drill into ads, and export the lot to CSV.

You'll find it on an account's Performance tab, in the Campaigns view. From the dashboard, click an account to open it, then open Performance. It works the same across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Read a row

The first three columns are always Campaign, Status, and Budget. The metric columns follow to the right, and you can change and reorder them later.

Only the Campaign column is frozen. It stays put while you scroll sideways through the metrics, marked off by a thin divider where the frozen column meets the scrolling ones. Status and Budget scroll along with the metric columns.

  • Status shows a badge: Active (green), Paused (yellow), Ended (grey), or Removed (red). Meta Ads and TikTok Ads show Completed in place of Ended.
  • Metric columns begin with Spend, Impressions, Clicks (All), Conversions, CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), and CPA (cost per acquisition), with many more available.

A purple Smart+ badge marks TikTok Ads Smart+ campaigns — TikTok's automated campaign type. When the account uses campaign groups (a Pro feature), a Group column appears, showing each campaign's coloured group badge and a small month-to-date spend readout with a progress bar against the group's monthly budget.

Sort, search, and filter

  • Rows sort by Spend, highest first, by default. Click any column header to sort by it; click again to reverse the direction.
  • Use the search box, top right, to filter rows by campaign name.
  • Open the Filter funnel to narrow by status, by campaign group, or by Had Delivery — the campaigns that served at least one impression in the date range.
  • Open the Column Manager to choose which metrics show and drag them into the order you want. Spend is always pinned.
  • The date-range picker drives every number, and defaults to month-to-date. Its comparison mode adds current, previous, and trend columns, colouring each change by whether it helps your goals — so falling spend and falling CPA read green, while rising spend and rising CPA read red.

Edit in place

Two cells are editable straight from the table:

  • Click a Budget cell to change the daily budget. A confirmation appears on large increases.
  • Click an Active or Paused badge to switch a campaign on or off.

For deeper changes, hover a Google Ads row and open its gear menu for Edit or Archive. Meta Ads rows show a gear menu with Edit only; LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads rows have no row menu. See edit a Google Ads campaign for the full editing flow.

Permissions required: Editing or archiving a Google Ads campaign needs owner or admin role on the workspace.

Drill in and export

Click a campaign name to open its Ad Groups (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads) or Ad Sets (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), then click through again to reach the Ads. A Keywords tab is also available for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

To export, click the download icon in the toolbar, labelled Export as CSV. It writes every filtered, sorted row (not just the visible page) using your current columns, and adds a Totals row at the bottom.
