Switch on the weekly performance report and Pace sends a recurring summary of an account's pacing status and every change it made that week to your inbox, a Slack channel, or both. You get Monday-morning visibility across every client without opening the app — the kind of standing coverage agencies running several accounts rely on.
The report is set up per ad account, so each account carries its own schedule and delivery choice. There's no single workspace-wide report.
Note: Weekly reports are on Pro plans and above.
Turn on the report
- Open the Accounts dashboard.
- On the account's row, click the settings (gear) icon at the end of the row.
- In the Settings dialog, stay on the General tab.
- Scroll to Notifications and turn on the Weekly report switch.
- Set Send On (the day) and At Time (the hour). You choose the exact hour it sends, in your workspace's timezone.
- Tick Email, the Slack checkbox, or both. Enable either on its own or run them together.
- Save the settings.
Turn a report off any time by switching Weekly report back off.
Choose where each report goes
The report follows the account's own delivery settings. At the top of the Notifications section, the Slack channel field and the Email recipients field decide where everything Pace sends for that account goes, the weekly report included. Set them once per client and you're done.
Because those settings live on each account, you can route reports independently. Send one account's report to a shared client Slack channel while another lands in individual inboxes.
If you want the report somewhere different from that account's alerts and Sparks, open Advanced in the same section. It holds a Weekly report channel and a Weekly report email list that apply to the report alone. Leave them on Use account channel and Use account recipients and the report inherits the fields above.
Note: Email delivery needs a recipient on the account itself. Alerts fall back to your workspace-wide recipient list when an account leaves it empty, but the weekly report deliberately doesn't, so a client's report never goes out to your whole team by accident.
Email arrives as a formatted table with progress bars, trend arrows, and links back to the dashboard. Slack arrives as a metrics grid with trend indicators and a budget pacing bar.
Note: The Slack checkbox stays greyed out until Slack is connected. Connect it once for the workspace, then each account picks which channel to post to. See connecting Slack to your workspace.
What lands in the report
Each report compares the last 7 days against the previous 7 days across all five platforms, including Microsoft Ads and TikTok Ads. It includes:
- The same colour-coded Pace % you see on the dashboard, so recipients know whether accounts are on pace without logging in.
- Spend, CPA, CPC, CPM, clicks, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- A changes-this-week summary: a count of every change made through Pace, broken down by type (budget adjustments, status changes) and by who made it (automated moves by Pace versus manual changes by your team).
Primary and secondary metrics adapt to the account's goal, and trend colours read in context: a falling CPA shows green because that's the good direction.
Expected result
At the day and time you chose, the report arrives on every channel you enabled. If nothing lands, confirm Weekly report is on and that the Notifications section has a Slack channel or an email recipient for it to use. Pace flags an empty destination inline, so you'll see a note under the switch if there's nowhere to send.
For every other alert Pace can send, read about setting up alerts. For branded, client-facing reports, see client reports.
