Everything Pace does.

All 60 features across eight ad platforms, and which plan each one comes with.

Every feature, in one list.

Pacing & budgets 11

Automated budget pacing Adjusts daily budgets automatically so an account lands on its monthly target by month’s end. Basic All eight platforms

Pace’s AI engine reads 45 days of trend data, 15 days of deep-dive diagnostics and yesterday’s results, then writes new daily budgets through the platform’s own API. Spending the full monthly budget is the top priority on every platform; the account’s performance goal decides which campaigns the money goes to, not whether it gets spent.

Monthly budget scheduling Set one default monthly budget, then override any past, current or future month without disturbing the rest. Basic All eight platforms

A month with an explicit override keeps that value even when the default budget changes later; every other month tracks the default automatically. Past months are frozen at month end, so historical reports always show the budget actually in effect at the time.

Pacing days Choose which days of the week an account is expected to spend, so daily targets and alerts match its real schedule. Basic All eight platforms

Pick any combination of the seven days, not just weekdays or weekends, for an account or a campaign group. It’s a pacing hint only: it changes how the monthly budget divides into daily targets and suppresses alerts on days off, and never touches platform-level ad scheduling.

Custom flighting Pace an account or group to a custom date range instead of the calendar month: one-off, phased or repeating. Pro All eight platforms

A one-off flight runs to its own start and end date with a single total budget; weighted phases split that budget across consecutive stretches (say 20/50/30%); a repeating cycle rolls forward on its own length automatically. The flight fully replaces monthly pacing while it runs, across all eight platforms.

Budget scenario forecast Project spend and CPA outcomes for an account before committing a change, grounded in its last 90 days of data. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads

The Forecast tab answers questions like "what if we added $20k", using a transparent linear baseline plus an AI overlay for diminishing returns at higher spend. Confidence and data sufficiency are shown plainly; it isn’t available on Amazon Ads, which lacks the daily campaign history the model needs.

Budget rollover Carry a month’s under or overspend into the next month’s target, so an off month gets corrected instead of reset. Pro All eight platforms

An account set to $10,000 that spent $9,600 starts the next month at $10,400; an account that overspent starts lower by the same arithmetic. It’s opt-in, off by default, and available on every platform Pace supports.

Floor pacing Guarantee a daily minimum spend instead of a monthly total, for lead-gen accounts topped up mid-month. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

Set a required floor, a cruising target spend, a heads-up level and a hard cap, and Pace scales spend up on strong days and eases back toward the floor, never below it, on weak ones. Available on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

Campaign KPI targets Give an individual campaign its own efficiency target, so the budget optimizer funds the ones beating theirs first. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

Set a CPA target, a ROAS target, or a cost target on a specific conversion action, and every pacing run briefs the optimizer with each campaign’s actual month-to-date performance against it. Available on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, in both Monthly Budget and Daily Floor pacing modes.

Campaign budget limits Put a minimum and maximum daily budget on an individual Google campaign that every pacing run honours. Pro Google Ads

The minimum protects a brand campaign or new launch from losing budget to a stronger performer; the maximum bounds what Pace will set even in Daily Floor mode. Either can be set alone, and the minimum wins if the two ever conflict.

Meta ad set pacing Pace Meta ad sets directly on campaigns using Ad Set Budget Optimization, instead of leaving them unmanaged. Pro Meta Ads

Each active, daily-budgeted ad set becomes its own budget unit alongside the account’s CBO campaigns, with its own optional minimum, maximum and CPA or ROAS target. CBO campaigns stay untouched at the ad-set level.

TikTok ad group pacing Pace TikTok ad groups directly on ABO campaigns, replacing an even split of the campaign budget. Pro TikTok Ads

Each active, daily-budgeted ad group inside an included ABO campaign is paced on its own performance rather than sharing a blind fan-out of the campaign budget. Smart+ and CBO campaigns are unaffected and keep routing through TikTok’s own endpoints.

Groups, portfolios & bulk 6

Campaign groups Group campaigns within an account into their own budgets, goals and independent AI-optimized pacing runs. Pro All eight platforms

Create named groups like Brand or Retargeting, assign campaigns to them, and each group with a budget gets its own pacing run and strategy memory. Runs at scale, with no practical limit on groups per account, across all eight platforms.

Portfolios Blend multiple accounts into one portfolio for cross-account budgets, goals and reporting. Pro All eight platforms

Set a primary and secondary goal per portfolio, and Pace converts every member account into the portfolio’s currency for blended totals, trend lines and a campaign-level breakdown table across accounts.

Bulk management Edit budgets and settings for every account and campaign group at once, from a single downloaded spreadsheet. Basic All eight platforms

Download current budgets, edit them, upload the file and review an old-versus-new diff before anything is written. A single upload covers up to 5,000 rows, and nine optional settings columns extend the same flow to goals, schedules and alert routing.

Google Ads campaign editor Edit Google Ads campaign settings inline, without leaving Pace. Basic Google Ads

A two-pane dialog covers up to 19 sections depending on campaign type, including bidding strategy, targeting, ad schedule, sitelinks and negative keywords, with per-section saving so nothing is lost mid-edit.

Meta campaign & ad set settings Edit a Meta campaign and every ad set inside it from one dialog, without leaving Pace. Basic Meta Ads

The editor detects whether a campaign uses CBO or ABO budgeting and shows the right controls at the right level, plus a full targeting editor for locations, audiences and placements. Available on every plan; per-ad-set pacing rules need the Pro+ ad set budget feature.

Notebook & WIP agenda A shared, real-time notebook built into every account and portfolio, with an optional AI-drafted meeting agenda. Pro All eight platforms

Team members write, edit and search notes together with locking to prevent conflicts. On Pro and above, an AI-drafted work-in-progress meeting agenda can be generated straight into the notebook from recent account activity.

Protection & alerts 7

Overspend protection Hard spending limits that run independently of the optimization engine, checked every 5 minutes. Basic All eight platforms

When month-to-date spend reaches the account’s monthly budget, campaigns either pause until the 1st or hold at a per-campaign daily trickle, whichever you’ve chosen; a $1 trickle is the default until someone sets it otherwise. There’s no tolerance buffer, and every pause or resume is confirmed with the platform before it’s recorded.

Pacing & delivery alerts Alerts when an account drifts off pace, with severity tiers and hour-precise math that matches the dashboard. Basic All eight platforms

Warnings start at 10% variance, escalating to serious at 20% and critical at 35%, with hysteresis so alerts don’t flap on a boundary. Each alert reaches the bell, Slack and email independently, per your settings.

Slack alerts Route account alerts, Sparks and weekly reports to Slack, workspace-wide or per client. Pro All eight platforms

Connect a workspace via OAuth, set a default channel, and override it per account so one client’s notifications land in that client’s own channel. Fourteen alert types can be toggled individually for Slack.

Per-client alert routing Set one Slack channel and one email list per account, and every alert, Spark and report for it follows them. Pro All eight platforms

Anything left blank falls back to the workspace default, and an Advanced panel holds per-type overrides for Sparks and the weekly report. Set once per client rather than once per notification type.

Ad policy alerts Automatic alerts when ads or assets are disapproved, limited or restricted on the platform. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads

Google gets full detail, including HTTP error codes and flagged text fragments across 400-plus policy topics; Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft report the platform’s own reason where it’s provided. One consolidated alert lists everything affected on an account, sorted by severity.

Anomaly, trend & tracking alerts Statistical alerts for sudden metric swings, slow six-week drifts, and conversion tracking gone quiet. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads

Metric anomaly alerts learn each account’s normal by weekday so routine movement doesn’t fire; trend alerts catch slow drift in CPA, CTR or ROAS over about six weeks; conversion tracking alerts catch a broken tag the same day. All three are rolling out per workspace on Pro and above.

Daily digest & weekly reports Lower-urgency findings are collected into one daily summary instead of a stream of individual pings. Basic All eight platforms

Urgent issues like a suspended account or a broken conversion tag still arrive immediately; everything else lands once a day, grouped the way alerts are routed so a client’s digest only covers that client’s accounts.

Dot & AI assistants 4

Dot, the AI agent A conversational AI agent that investigates live account data and can act on it with your approval. One All eight platforms

Dot answers questions about pacing, campaigns and change history using more than 20 specialized tools, and can set a pacing target with an Approve/Cancel card before anything changes. Always on for every plan that includes it, with no per-workspace switch to turn it off.

Claude & ChatGPT connector Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to your live Pace data and ask about accounts in plain English. One All eight platforms

Read-only by default across every connected platform. A workspace owner can separately opt in to let a connected assistant set a pacing target, pause or resume a campaign, or change a daily budget, always behind a before-and-after approval card.

Account context & strategy A free-text field the AI reads when deciding how to pace an account. Basic All eight platforms

Note a preference like "protect CPA even if we underspend" and it overrides the AI’s default instruction to spend the full budget. Set per account under Account Setup & Configuration.

Custom AI guardrails Set per-group overrides for what happens when a campaign group reaches its budget. One All eight platforms

Instead of always inheriting the account’s month-end choice, a group can pause or trickle independently, so one client’s group can behave differently from the rest of the account.

Insights & analysis 8

AI Sparks Automated cross-platform anomaly and opportunity detection that only surfaces genuinely significant findings. Pro All eight platforms

Sparks compares week-over-week performance against strict severity thresholds and returns nothing 90% of the time by design. A finding can be muted for 90 days or reactivated any time, and the same root cause won’t repeat for 3 days.

Account health audit A repeatable 0–100 health check for any linked account, with a letter grade and ranked findings. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads

Run on demand or on a schedule, the audit scores conversion tracking, creative freshness, account structure and more, then hands back a prioritized list of what to fix and why. Available for Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Search Lens Find wasted search spend by scanning search terms and keywords for patterns worth excluding. Pro Google Ads, Microsoft Ads

Waste scoring and n-gram pattern detection flag wasteful keyword themes across 30, 45 and 90-day windows, with conflict detection that warns before you’d block a converting keyword. Available for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Creative Lens Rank and score ad creatives to find the ones dragging account costs up before they get worse. Pro Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Meta and TikTok get a dedicated Creative Lens tab with resonance and freshness scoring; Google Ads gets a Quality Score built from Ad Strength, asset completeness and CTR versus account average; LinkedIn’s analyzer stands in for its whole Improvements tab.

Audience analyzer Find underperforming age, gender, income and device segments and exclude them with one click. Pro Google Ads, Microsoft Ads

A 0–100 waste score weighs CPA, zero conversions, CTR and conversion rate per segment, and Google Search campaigns also get network opt-out recommendations for Search Partners and Display expansion.

Meta audience & placement analyzer Find wasteful Meta audience segments and placements, and fix targeting directly from Pace. Pro Meta Ads

Breaks performance down by platform, placement, age, gender and device, with a targeting audit that flags automatic placements, broad age ranges and missing custom audiences. Changes apply straight to ad set targeting without switching to Meta Ads Manager.

Search ad SERP preview See exactly how a search ad appears on Google or Bing before it goes live. Basic Google Ads, Microsoft Ads

A pixel-accurate preview shows headlines, descriptions and display URL exactly as the platform renders them, with character-count badges against the 30/90-character limits. Works across Responsive Search Ads, Expanded Text Ads and Performance Max asset groups.

Performance records Track all-time and monthly performance bests across every account and portfolio. Pro All eight platforms

Records cover CPA, conversions, spend, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, clicks and impressions, each with a minimum data threshold so a low-volume day can’t set a false record. A one-click historical scan can backfill records from years of past data.

Reporting & audit trail 6

Client reports Build branded, pixel-perfect performance reports with AI-written narrative and one-click PDF export. Pro All eight platforms

Choose from configurable page types, cover, KPI summary, budget pacing, creative spotlights and more, for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok, Reddit, Amazon and X accounts. Every narrative page has a Generate button that drafts commentary from the report’s own numbers.

Embeddable reports Publish a saved report as an interactive slide viewer that lives directly on your own website. Pro All eight platforms

The embed can carry an optional password gate and a website restriction, and turning it off or regenerating the link instantly invalidates every snippet already shared. It shows the exact data captured with the report at save time, matching the PDF export.

Change history & audit trail Every action Pace takes, and every change made directly on the platform, logged with full reasoning. Basic All eight platforms

The global Changes page is searchable and filterable by account, platform, user and source, with the reasoning, hypothesis and data points behind every AI budget decision. On Google Ads and Meta, Pace also ingests changes made directly in the platform.

Cross-platform dashboard A single dashboard showing pacing status, spend and goal performance for every connected account. Basic All eight platforms

A real-time pacing bar shows how many accounts are on pace, with color-coded pacing bands, 30-day trend sparklines, and a worst-performer callout when any account drifts past 15% variance.

CSV export & drill-down One-click CSV export from any performance table, respecting your column and sort choices. Basic All eight platforms

Exports cover Campaigns, Keywords, Ad Groups, Ads and Portfolio views, with all filtered and sorted rows included, not just the current page, plus a totals row and comparison columns.

Platforms, team & setup 18

Meta Ads Full Meta Marketing API integration, connected by personal login or an asset-scoped Business Portfolio. Basic Meta Ads

Covers campaign, ad set and ad management with CBO/ABO awareness and audience saturation monitoring, plus an audience and placement analyzer that applies targeting changes without leaving Pace.

LinkedIn Ads Full LinkedIn Marketing API integration with automatic token refresh and several profiles per workspace. Basic LinkedIn Ads

Eighteen analytics fields cover ROAS, CPA and lead-gen metrics, with live LinkedIn Ad Preview rendering and campaign-group budget optimization detected and paced automatically.

Microsoft Ads Full Bing Ads API integration with automatic multi-level MCC discovery. Basic Microsoft Ads

Covers Search auction metrics like impression share and rank-lost share alongside keyword and demographic analysis; accounts with no month-to-date spend yet pace normally on a $0 baseline.

Handles CBO, ABO and Smart+ campaigns automatically, with client reports, creative performance analysis and Sparks anomaly detection covering the same ground as Pace’s other platforms.

Reddit Ads New Full Reddit Ads integration with read and write access, including automated pacing and overspend protection. Basic Reddit Ads

Set a monthly budget and goal, choose which campaigns are included, and Pace paces campaign-level or ad-group budgets the same way it does on other platforms. Improvements analyzers, the broader alert suite, forecasting and bulk budgets are still coming.

Amazon Ads New Full integration across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, with automated pacing. Basic Amazon Ads

Every change is confirmed with Amazon before it’s recorded, and marketplace-level accounts keep currencies separate for businesses selling in multiple countries. Floor Pacing, bulk budgets, the Improvements analyzers and performance records aren’t available for Amazon yet.

X Ads New Full X Ads integration with reads and writes, including automated pacing, overspend protection and Forecast. Basic X Ads

Pace writes only the campaign’s daily budget, never a line-item or campaign total, and treats spend as an estimate for the first four days the way X itself does. Promoted-post views and writing line-item budgets aren’t available, since X’s API doesn’t offer them in a form Pace can build on.

Secure platform connections A dedicated page for managing every platform connection, with health status and proactive reconnect alerts. Basic All eight platforms

Each card shows a green, yellow or red connection state, who authorized it, and when it was connected, with a background watcher that catches expired credentials before they cause a silent failure.

Unlimited seats & roles Unlimited team members with Owner, Admin and Member roles, and full workspace data isolation. Basic All eight platforms

Owners control billing and platform connections, Admins manage accounts and settings, and Members get view access. Invite by email with a 7-day expiry, and every resource stays scoped to its own workspace.

Support access you control Grant Pace’s support team temporary, revocable access to your workspace when you need help. Basic All eight platforms

Support has to name a specific teammate and a reason, and that person approves or denies it. A persistent banner names who’s inside for as long as the grant is active, and every action support takes is labelled separately in the Changes tab.

Dark mode Light, dark or device-matched theme across the whole dashboard. Basic All eight platforms

The choice is saved per browser and applies instantly with no reload. Sign-in, onboarding, emails and PDF reports always stay light, so anything forwarded or printed looks the same for everyone.

Guided onboarding A single guided flow from connecting an ad account to watching Pace make its first real budget decision. Basic All eight platforms

Four steps: connect a platform, start the trial, set a budget and goal, then watch the first pacing run, with progress remembered if you’re interrupted partway through. A lightweight checklist covers the optional polish afterward.

Help centre & in-app support A public help centre plus a persistent in-app support channel on every plan. Basic All eight platforms

The help centre covers getting started, connected accounts, budget pacing, reporting and troubleshooting across dozens of articles; the in-app launcher opens a ticket thread that survives page reloads and tab closes, with replies arriving in real time.

Public changelog & roadmap A public changelog and roadmap, with voting and feature suggestions, no sign-in required. Basic All eight platforms

The changelog groups releases by day with category badges and an RSS feed; the roadmap shows what’s in progress, planned and shipped, and anyone can suggest a feature or vote on one already listed.

Basic refreshes every 24 hours, Pro every 12, One every 6, and Enterprise gets real-time manual refresh with a configurable background interval. Open tabs pick up fresh data on their own, without a reload.

Keyboard shortcuts Keyboard shortcuts for the most common actions, like toggling Dot chat or starting a new conversation. Basic All eight platforms

Cmd+I opens or closes the Dot panel and Cmd+Shift+N starts a new conversation, both Mac Cmd only. Escape closes the chat panel from anywhere.
